1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an agricultural entity, farm, or enterprise) and Allions Global concerning your access to and purchase of high-quality agricultural, greenhouse, and weed management supplies.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the website and placing orders, and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Product Descriptions & Agricultural Specifications

We take pride in delivering dependable, durable agricultural solutions. However, please note:

• Accuracy of Information: We make every effort to display the specifications, dimensions, UV stabilization grades, GSM ratings, and colors of our products as accurately as possible. Due to batch production, minor variations in shade or measurement may occur within acceptable industrial tolerances.
• Suitability & Usage: Customers are responsible for verifying that the chosen product (e.g., fabric GSM and roll size, nail length, or stake type) meets their specific soil, crop, climate, and installation requirements.
• Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts & Registration

When you create an account on Allions Global, you agree that:

• All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities and transactions conducted under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide misleading information or engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities.

4. Pricing, GST & Payment Terms

• Pricing Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Taxes & GST: Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of GST as indicated at checkout. For commercial or B2B orders requiring an official tax invoice, a valid GSTIN must be provided at the time of order placement.
• Price Corrections: We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors. If an order is placed for an item at an incorrect price, we will notify you before shipping to either confirm the corrected price or issue a full refund.
• Payment Methods: All payments are made online through Cashfree Payments using UPI, credit/debit cards, or net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not currently available. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation is received.

5. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

After placing an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order summary. This confirmation does not constitute our final acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel transactions due to logistical constraints, unforeseen inventory shortages, or payment verification issues. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be initiated promptly.

6. Shipping, Freight & Delivery

• Logistics & Dispatch: Because many agricultural materials (e.g., weed control fabric rolls and bulk packs of nails and stakes) involve bulk volume and weight, shipments are handled via reliable surface logistics and courier partners.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. Unforeseen delays caused by transit conditions, extreme weather, remote farm locations, or carrier strikes are beyond our direct control.
• Inspection upon Receipt: Customers are advised to inspect package exteriors upon delivery. If rolls, cartons, or bundles arrive visibly damaged or tampered with, please note the condition with the delivery agent and notify our support team within 48 hours.

7. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction with our agricultural merchandise:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or different from your ordered specifications, notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs for replacement or refund.
• Return Conditions: Items must be in their original, unused state, rolled/folded as received, and accompanied by original tags, packaging, and invoice. Custom-cut fabric lengths are non-returnable unless defective.

8. Proper Agricultural Use & Limitations

Allions Global supplies professional-grade materials designed for standard agricultural, horticultural, and greenhouse environments. We are not liable for product wear, failure, or crop loss resulting from:

• Improper installation, incorrect structural tensioning, or sharp frame friction.
• Exposure to extreme unpredicted climatic disasters (e.g., category typhoons, extreme hail exceeding certified ratings, wildfires).
• Direct exposure to harsh concentrated agrochemicals, sulfur burners, or corrosive pesticides known to degrade plastic polymers prematurely.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including brand graphics, the Allions Global logo, product imagery, catalog text, designs, and software, is the proprietary property of Allions Global and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, scraping, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allions Global, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of agricultural yields, farm downtime, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of your purchases from Allions Global shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceeding or dispute resolution shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the amended terms.
